All preorder purchases are final. Once the preorder window has closed, cancellations, returns, or refunds will not be accepted.

Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or appropriate solution where applicable.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
